TidyCal offers a range of valuable use cases for users, allowing them to efficiently manage their schedules and streamline the scheduling process. By syncing their calendars with TidyCal, users can minimize scheduling conflicts within their organization and ensure smooth communication. The tool provides a straightforward solution for scheduling new sessions without conflicts, making it easy for users to plan and coordinate various types of meetings such as calls, interviews, and technical discussions. With its user-friendly interface and visual calendar, TidyCal helps users effectively manage their time by providing an overview of tasks and priorities.

One of the standout features of TidyCal is its seamless integration with platforms like Outlook 365 and Zoom, making it a suitable choice for those who work outside the Google Calendar environment. Users can easily share calendars and optimize meeting times with both internal team members and external clients. Additionally, the search function in TidyCal works well, enabling users to quickly find specific events or appointments. The ability to generate call links and access video conferencing features adds convenience to remote collaborations. This makes TidyCal an attractive alternative to traditional back-and-forth email scheduling, as it allows users to book meetings directly without any unnecessary delays.

Moreover, TidyCal promotes better organization within teams by facilitating hassle-free booking of meetings between colleagues. Time management is enhanced through the provision of visual calendars and notifications that keep users on track throughout their day. By using TidyCal to inform others about their availability for meetings, users can contribute to a more streamlined scheduling process. Overall, TidyCal serves as a reliable tool for daily meetings and aids in ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly by helping users plan their entire day and maintain a balanced schedule. Whether for individual use or team coordination, TidyCal offers an array of practical functions that cater to different scheduling needs.

Automatic Planning: Many users have found TidyCal's automatic planning feature to be a time-saving solution for scheduling meetings without their intervention. This functionality allows users to streamline the meeting process and focus on other tasks.

User-Friendly Interface: Reviewers consistently mention that TidyCal's program is user-friendly and simple, making it easy to navigate and use. The intuitive design of the interface ensures that users can quickly access and utilize its features.

Centralized View: Many users appreciate how TidyCal seamlessly combines all of their calendars, providing them with a centralized and organized view of their schedule. This feature enables them to easily manage their commitments across different platforms, resulting in better time management and productivity.

Lack of Features and Integrations: Some users have mentioned that the software lacks certain features and integrations, such as private links. This limitation hinders their ability to fully utilize the software's capabilities.

Limited Customization Options: Users have expressed disappointment in the limited customization options available in the software. Currently, there is only a textarea form field option, with no support for radio buttons, menus, or selection drop-downs. This lack of flexibility restricts users' ability to create tailored forms according to their specific needs.

Confusing User Interface: Several reviewers have commented on the confusing user interface of the software. They find it difficult to navigate and suggest that improvements should be made to make it more intuitive and user-friendly. The current interface presents a learning curve for new users, who feel that a more attractive UI would enhance their overall experience.

I've been using TidyCal for a short time, but have already received rave reviews from some of my clients. It takes the hassle out of scheduling client meetings, coffee chats, and working sessions with my clients. I've even started recommending to my clients for their scheduling needs. My only regret so far is I wish I would've started using it sooner!
  • I can sync it with my Google Calendar, so no double bookings.
  • I can create several different types of meetings.
  • I can set my availability, so no meetings are scheduled when I need to be working on client work.
  • I can set a buffer between meetings.
  • I can set up 1:1 meetings or group meetings and even pick different locations.
  • It automatically fills in my Google Meet instructions for my clients.
  • It allows me to charge ahead for bookings.
  • Can't beat the price!
  • One of my clients wanted to set up membership subscriptions that can be billed through the app. As far as I can tell it doesn't have that capability yet.
  • It would be great if Square was one of the integrations.
  • Maybe being able to set travel time to in-person meetings by integration with Google Maps?
TidyCal is an amazing app that rivals Calendly and Acuity. I really have not found a scenario that it won't work for. I can share the link personally, by email, or on my website. I've been able to customize it for all of my needs and most of my clients. Some people like to make appointments in person, but in this day and age it's not feasible with busy schedules.
  • It cut my Scheduling time by at least 50%.
  • It impresses my clients and saves them time.
  • It's the reason some of my clients end up hiring me.

I'm a life coach who uses TidyCal to schedule consultations, sessions, and introductory meetings. I appreciate the range of scheduling types I can create, as well as the ability to integrate Zoom and payments. I switched over to TidyCal from a competitor because I could do everything I needed for a much lower investment. I also love its simplicity. I can create what I need in a very short period of time and easily connect my scheduling page to my website, email signature, and social media pages. I've shared the tool with clients, and they love it, too.
  • The ability to create multiple booking types and personalize them
  • The integration of Zoom and payment types
  • The ability to create scheduling polls for group meetings
  • Integrations could be easier to find
  • I'd love to color-code my booking types
  • A video tutorial for new users and those who aren't tech-savvy would be helpful
I think TidyCal is well-suited for solopreneurs, consultants and coaches. I don't know how it would work in a larger organization that might need to integrate it into a more robust calendaring system.
The functionality is similar. I chose TidyCal for the cost savings.

TidyCal simplifies the process of finding times to meet with customers and potential business partners. It allows me to create a simple way for folks to connect with me.
  • Simple interface
  • Reasonable price
  • Good support
  • I'd like to see the ability to connect unlimited calendars to my account so that I don't double book myself.
For an entrepreneur running a smaller business who doesn't need all the bells and whistles of a program like Calendly, this can meet their needs and stay in budget. I don't think this would be the best program for a larger company that needs more options to customize the use cases for the program.
  • Not sure yet.

We use it to schedule calls/meetings automatically from the web for business meetings, recruitment interviews, technical meetings and share calendars to optimize times and calendars. Also use for our customers can make the meetings/calss directly from the web. We made the integration with 365 outlook calendar and zoom without problems and easy mode. The price-performance ratio is perfect.
  • Integration with calendar tools, email servers and zoom
  • All functions of Calendly but less price
  • Easy of use and intuitive
  • Sometimes after embedding Tidycal to make reservations on the web, clicking on the Tidycal logo gives the message "tidycal.com refused to connect".
  • Does not have more customization options
  • Form field is only limited to textarea. Does not have radio, menus, or selection drop
Very good solution, intuitive and very easy to use. Very good integration with 365 and google calendar. Some improvements that I would like to see included in future versions:
-Limit the number of calls/meetings/events per day.
-Change/edit an event already booked by the person who made the reservation or the host.
-Ability to add the name of the person who booked the call/meeting/event to the Zoom meeting title.
  • Easy to use for all the emplyeers
  • The customers like that kind of schedulle tool to make appoinements
  • Better organization time for meetings/calls/events
  • For the price it is the best invest that the company made (29$)
  • We improve aor relations with the customers
  • Consultants (SOC) can make better support to the customers
Tidycal have the 90% of the features of Calendly but for 29$ it is the best relation price-performance.
Tidycal is very simple to set up and use.Very easy integration with zoom/365/google calendar
If you need to integrate with PayPal it is easy and no extra cost (We do not use)
Integration with other AppSumo (SendFox, KingSumo) if your company use, is practically automatic.

TidyCal is a good solution for working outside the Google Calendar environment. Sharing schedules ad choosing meeting times with your team ad outward facing clients is great. Search functions well, integration was easy. Call links and video confrencing were easy to use and find. Zoom worked well ad it seems to connect well with other applications, Office365, Google, etc.
  • calendar management
  • meeting scheduling
  • outward facing client access
  • cost structure
  • aligning large team into system
  • troubleshooting timelines
TidyCal is well suited in a business environment. Sales, consultation, etc. It would work well with international and spreadout teams. It is not a great product for educational use. Our ROI was low for meeting with parents and community. Would suggest using the trial run before purchasing. Again, a good product, perhaps not for all environments.
  • scheduling
  • search
  • integration
  • 40-100 connections in the first month
  • easy-to-use
  • clean UI
TidyCal was a cleaner product and integrated well with our existing Google environment. For certain positions, IT for example, it was a clear choice and users on both ends found it good.
